This is the true Drimiopsis maculata, prized for its striking leopard-spotted foliage and shade-loving habit.

Unlike plain groundcovers, this indigenous gem adds immediate texture to dark garden corners.

We offer established clumps in 2L bags not single bulbs giving you instant fullness. In spring, it sends up white flower spikes, but the main attraction is the incredible spotted leaves.

Care: Perfect for partial to full shade. Plant in rich, well-draining soil and water moderately. It may die back to the bulb in very cold winters but bounces back vigorously in spring. It multiplies easily, allowing you to divide the clump later to fill more space.
